Nutrition

In my coaching practice I recommend a low fat, low sodium Plant Based Diet to clients who are ready to improve their diet.  I recommend and follow the Eat for Health plan by Dr. Joel Fuhrman and have successfully coached individuals and groups to reach their health and weight loss goals.   For a list of other Plant Based Diet plans that offer similar results, click here.
