Nutrition

In my coaching practice I recommend a low fat, low sodium Plant Based Diet to clients who are ready to improve their diet.  I use the Eat for Health plan by Dr. Joel Fuhrman and have successfully coached individuals and groups to reach their health and weight loss goals while helping many to achieve greater energy levels and greatly improved biomarkers including lower blood pressure and lower cholesterol.  Eat for Health is NOT a “diet”, it is a way of eating for life.  The book walks you through four phases to gradually take you to a high nutrient, high raw food style diet.
