    Hi Gretchen!

I found your website somewhat randomly, and I really enjoyed reading about all that you do and your approach to wellness coaching. I’m almost finished with my certification, and I’m excited to get started. Do you have any resources you find helpful in assisting your clients? I would love to hear any ideas you have or bits of wisdom that have helped you along the way. Have a wonderful day!

I don’t have active links on those but that is a good idea. The recipes are all found in Eat for Health but I can put up a page with the recipes.

I love your website. I found your business card at Ethos Vegan kitchen. How can I promote your business?

Hi Dr. Helman, sorry for the delayed response, I have been out of the country. You can promote my business through your practice. I can give you more cards and flyers. I teach classes on Heart Health, Bone Health, Protein, the Science behind the China Study, and a Plant Based Nutrition “Bootcamp” at the Florida School of Holistic Living. I can also bring any of these lectures to your office.

With regards to learning how to grow vegetables. I just finished preparing the first community garden in thine community here in Polk County, and I have began making decisions on what vegetables to plant in our community garden, and I visited YouTube to do some discovery research and I discovered it has excellent educational resources on how to grow vegetables. I also discovered http://www.wwoof.org/ a worldwide organic farming community.

At the search prompt, I simply typed in: “How to grow a bell pepper” and several videos are available to teach how to grow a bell pepper, neeto! :)

    God Bless
