3 Months of Telephonic Wellness Coaching
One on one Coaching with services described below.
$650

* Includes a detailed Whole Body Wellness Assessment
* First meeting is a “Discovery Session” lasting 90 minutes, subsequent meetings are 45 minutes to 1 hour.
* Initial session includes formulating a detailed Wellness Plan where you will define your 3 month goals, define motivators and how to overcome obstacles. We will break down those goals into achievable, realistic steps.
* You will be asked to work on at least one change per week.
* Weekly meetings with your coach will help keep you accountable!

NEW! Discovery Session with Email Follow Up
90 Minute in depth session to determine your goals, motivators and obstacles. Individual Wellness Plan to be emailed to you following the session. Follow up once weekly by email for 6 weeks.

Hourly Individual Telephonic Wellness Coaching
$25/hour for past clients, $35/hour for new clients

Group Wellness Coaching and Group Presentations
